Our features

Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, wooden vanity with a marble countertop, mirror with backlight, toilet, and wood flooring.
  • This is no ordinary travel trailer. We discovered the best welders and manufacturers to provide a sturdy and dependable armored trailer. Steel framing combined with armored aluminum and aluminum foam give unprecedented durability and longevity. Nothing on the market even comes close. Our walls are thick aluminum, with sandwiched aluminum foam and Honeywell Spectra. Why aluminum foam? It's far more durable and more mold-resistant than wood, and it can insulate sound up to 40 decibels, depending on frequency. Weather won’t get in either thanks to our watertight build.

  • Many travel trailers have an internal slide-out that requires it to be smaller than the trailer, and it’s usually overloaded with heavy items like kitchen appliances. This inevitably leads to leaks and failures. We didn't like that. So we placed all of the heavy items on the static steel frame—and engineered and patented a new solution to maximize the opened space while keeping the trailer mobile and manageable. Our BLKBOX slide-out starts by dropping a floor, securing it, and then sliding out the walls and ceiling, making the slide-out area significantly bigger than most: 10.5 feet tall, 19 feet wide, and 8 feet deep. This design allows for very little rocking or trailer swaying, as well as maximized space. That’s 425 livable square feet in a 24-foot trailer.

  • Protect what matters most. With 1.25-to-2-inch-thick acrylic windows, Honeywell Spectra–lined aluminum armored/aluminum foam walls, and overengineered steel framing, we’ve spared no expense to secure your family and most valuable assets. Big storm on the horizon? BLKBOX won’t budge in even the highest winds.

  • With three independent 12,000-pound axles, you'll be able to tow your armored luxury trailer to your favorite destinations. Most houses and tiny homes are built from wood or thin metal framing. Why not buy land in your favorite destinations and tow your bulletproof home on wheels to exactly where you want to be? Feel safe and secure without any compromises.

  • Our comprehensive kitchens are designed with luxury Kohler, Miele, Toto, and Bosch appliances, all surrounded by aluminum cabinetry and real marble/granite countertops. The only time we use wood is as an aesthetic accent, and even then very sparingly.

  • Our selection of smart appliances includes a separate Miele washer and dryer, a Dyson air purification system, and an auger garbage disposal.

  • The impressive 5.5-by-9-foot bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. From the steam shower, which allows you to use significantly less water, to real marble walls, no expense has been spared. Other amenities include a modern luxury bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, mirror accent lighting, a hidden cabinet, and more.

  • Most travel trailers have forced air conditioners, which can be very inefficient and loud and cause a significant amount of vibration. Our heating and cooling is all radiant, and it’s built into the flooring and ceiling. Radiant heat is silent and highly efficient, and it draws significantly less energy. It can even be run off of a battery system versus a large generator.

  • When it came to BLKBOX’s water-hauling capabilities, we refused to settle for the current market’s plastic water tanks. So we engineered and produced four 99-gallon stainless steel tanks. Two are used for fresh water, plus one each for gray and black water. These tanks have been fitted with custom steel framing for extreme longevity, and they won’t leach microplastics.

  • Almost 200 gallons is a great starting place, but it's not enough to last for very long. To generate additional water for our fresh water tanks, we created a dehumidifier solution to pull water from the air, and our hydrogen fuel cell produces water as well.
